How do I view my acknowledgements?

The acknowledgements and consents completed at the time of registration are located in the My Account tab. They need to be completed once by each individual signing for the property and are valid for all transactions under your account.
What does the “Pending” status mean after uploading a document?

If you upload documents, they will be in pending status until your escrow officer confirms receipt. The status will then change to “Received” once they have been confirmed.
What should I bring to the closing table?

All parties should bring a valid government issued ID with a picture and signature and should be present at the closing. If any party cannot be present, please contact your closer immediately to make other arrangements.
